Eligibility

The App is intended for healthcare professionals, students, and adult learners — including nurses, paramedics, medical students, phlebotomists, dietitians, and physicians — who are at least 16 years old.

What the App Offers

Does It Hurt When You Pee?!? is a gamified learning app where users choose a portal (Heart, Brain, or Lungs), spin a wheel to reveal clinical cases, solve them using symptom cards, and earn XP, rewards, and leaderboard progress, including deeper ULC challenges.

Educational Purpose & Medical Disclaimer

The App is for educational and training purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must never be used to make decisions about real patient care. Always rely on licensed professionals and official clinical guidelines for real-world medical situations.

User Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and should notify us at help@dihwyp.com of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
• Do not attempt to hack, copy, or reverse-engineer the App.
• Do not use cheats, bots, or exploits to manipulate scores or leaderboards.
• Do not upload harmful code or use the App to harass others.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and game mechanics within the App belong to Does It Hurt When You Pee?!? and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without our permission.

In-App Content & Purchases

The App is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and may offer free and optional unlockable content. Any purchase details will be shown clearly before you complete a transaction.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
